Nōma Camera – Privacy Policy

1. Overview

Nōma Camera ("the App") is operated by Noma Software LLC ("we", "us", "our"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use the App.

We built Nōma Camera with privacy in mind. The App does not require an account, does not upload your photos, and does not track your behavior for advertising purposes.

2. Information We Collect

2a. Information you provide

We do not require you to create an account. We do not collect your name, email address, or personal identifiers directly through the App.

2b. Purchase and subscription data

When you subscribe or make a purchase, Apple processes the transaction. We use RevenueCat (revenuecat.com) to manage subscriptions and verify purchase status. RevenueCat may receive an anonymized app user ID and purchase receipt data to validate entitlements. No personally identifiable information is shared with RevenueCat beyond what Apple provides in the transaction receipt.

2c. Camera and Photo Library

The App uses your device camera to capture photos with real-time film simulation recipes. If you choose to save photos, the App requests Photo Library access. All photos are stored locally on your device only. We do not upload, transmit, or store your photos on any server.

2d. Crash and diagnostic data

We may receive anonymized crash reports through Apple's built-in crash reporting system. This data does not identify you personally and is used solely to improve App stability.

3. Data Storage

All photos taken with the App are stored locally on your device. We operate no cloud storage, no user database, and no behavioral analytics platform. Your photos never leave your device unless you explicitly share them.

4. Third-Party Services

The App integrates RevenueCat solely for subscription and purchase management. No advertising SDKs, behavioral tracking SDKs, or third-party analytics platforms are integrated into the App.

5. Children's Privacy

The App is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will delete it promptly.

6. Your Rights

Since we store no personal data beyond anonymized purchase receipts managed by RevenueCat, there is minimal data associated with your use of the App. You may request information about or deletion of any data by contacting us at the address below. For purchase-related data managed by RevenueCat, you may also contact RevenueCat directly.

7. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Your continued use of the App after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
